For my cloisonné artwork, pricing is highly customized and will be personally negotiated and finalized via text, phone, or direct message through social media. Shipping details will be arranged in the same way.

For all other products, the prices listed on the website are final. We’re happy to offer free ground shipping internationally on orders over $100 CAD.

All packages ship from Canada with tracking, and we encourage you to monitor the tracking closely. AHRIVA is not responsible for any stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

For orders under $100 CAD, a flat shipping rate of $6 CAD applies internationally.

*Note: Free shipping is not applicable for certain oversized or overweight items. For made-to-order items, shipping fees will be estimated at checkout, and our team will confirm the final rate if additional shipping costs apply.

If you refuse a shipment from AHRIVA, you will be responsible for the shipping charges, duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred (for both outgoing and return shipments). This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, AHRIVA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather or service interruptions.
